Become a leader in lateral kindness!
Are you interested in bringing a fun and interactive camp to your community? Then you’ve come to the right place! We offer winter, March Break and summer camp options.
We’d like to empower young leaders to create positive change in their community, schools, and even workplaces. Together, we’ll celebrate what makes each of us unique and build a future grounded in respect, kindness, and care in a space that’s safe, supportive, and fun.
This fun and interactive Leadership camp is designed for Youth!
In this workshop, we’ll explore what it takes to create positive and supportive group dynamics, including:
Communicating with confidence and clarity
Resolving conflicts in healthy ways
Navigating friendships and social dynamics
A chance to reflect on your own strengths and growth
Our goal is to give you real tools and insights to help you build stronger connections, handle tough situations with confidence, and create a culture of kindness and teamwork at school, with your friends, and in community spaces.
Each day, you can expect a mix of group work, creative projects, and fun, hands-on activities. This is an example of a one-week workshop:
Day One: Understanding Our Experiences and Building Kindness
We’ll start today by talking about real-life situations like gossip, exclusion, and moments that don’t feel good. We’ll take time to reflect on how these experiences affect us
Then, we’ll shift the focus to what feels good: kindness, respect, and empathy. We’ll explore how we can bring more of that into our friendships, school, and online spaces
Day Two: Speaking Up in a Positive and Kind Way
We’ll begin by thinking about how to say what you mean in a way that’s respectful and real
Through games, role play, videos, and creative activities, we’ll practice using our voice in everyday situations
Then, we’ll learn how to speak up for ourselves and others while keeping things positive
Day Three: Handling Conflict in a Healthy Way
First, we’ll explore why conflict happens and how it shows up in real life
Using acting, group activities, and interactive challenges, we’ll practice staying calm and working through tough moments
Then, we’ll build simple skills to handle conflict in a healthy & respectful way
Day Four: Understanding Power and Fairness
To start, we’ll learn about what power means and how it shows up in friendships and groups
Through games, discussions, and creative exercises, we’ll look at what feels fair (and unfair)
Then, we’ll learn how to use our influence in positive and respectful ways
Day Five: Creating a Kindness Campaign + Celebration
We’ll end our week together by working to create a kindness campaign to share what we’ve learned
Using art, media, and teamwork, we’ll bring our ideas to life
Then, we’ll celebrate everyone’s efforts and receive certificates as Kindness Leaders!
