conflict resolution workshop

building stronger teams

Conflict is a natural part of working together; we’re not all going to have the same opinions and feelings about everything! But unresolved conflict can affect our overall wellness. In many workplaces and communities, conflict is influenced by stress, communication styles, trauma and lateral violence that can make difficult situations even harder to navigate.

Our Conflict Resolution workshop is an interactive and hands-on training experience designed to help participants strengthen their confidence and skills in responding to conflict in healthier, more productive ways.
