lateral violence to lateral kindness (LV2LK)

WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING

Lateral Violence can show up as gossip, rumours, exclusion, sabotage, and back-stabbing. These behaviours can damage trust, safety, relationships, and overall well-being within our workplaces and communities. Often, it is a sign that the culture has quietly shifted, and it’s time to address it, work through it together, and return to a place of respect, connection, and kindness. (Learn more about Lateral Violence and its impacts here.)

While the roots of Lateral Violence are deeply connected to the impacts of colonization and trauma, healing and change begin with awareness, understanding, and the choices we make together.

Our Lateral Violence to Lateral Kindness (LV2LK) workshops support individuals, teams, and communities in building healthier communication, strengthening relationships, and creating cultures grounded in respect, accountability, and Lateral Kindness.

Explore the workshops below to find the best fit for your team or community. All workshops are available both in-person and virtually and can be customized to meet your unique goals, needs, and experiences.
